Xcite Resources Inc. Announces Name Change to Xcite Uranium Inc.

Xcite Resources Inc. (CSE: XRI) announces it will change the Company's name to Xcite Uranium Inc., reflecting its primary focus on uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin.

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 4, 2026 – XCITE RESOURCES INC. (CSE: XRI) (“Xcite” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company, it will change the name of the Company to “Xcite Uranium Inc.”

The Canadian Securities Exchange will publish a bulletin announcing that the Company’s common shares will commence trading under the new name on or about March 9, 2026. Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the Company’s new name and Company shares held electronically in Direct Registration System will be booked automatically.

The name change to Xcite Uranium Inc. reflects the Company’s primary focus to explore and develop its recently acquired Uranium City projects.
